SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped within 3 business day with standard shipping and tracking number. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped. In order to avoid confusion or issues with delivery please confirm that your address is correct in the web site. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct to placing your order. USPS Express/Air Shipping for Hawaii, Alaska and APO Addresses is additional , please contact us for quotes.
International shipments will take between 15-20 days, if there are no customs delays.
RETURNS:
In order to provide you with the fastest service possible we process orders as close to real-time as possible and can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase please contact us first in messages and we will do whatever we can to make things right. Returns are only accepted on sealed or defective items within 30 days of order date and buyer must pay return shipping.
